Guests are present at lot 27 Tuan Chau port and the ship departs at 12:00 at the port. Guests are required to provide the hotel name, address and contact number in Hanoi and Halong at least 48 hours in advance for the pick-up service. Please contact the cruise for more information. Cruise itinerary and schedule subject to change upon weather and operations conditions.
Please note that an advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number or ID, visa expiry date for all passengers. A valid passport or ID is required upon check-in on board.
Please note that all inclusive packages will start at lunch time and will finish after breakfast on day of departure and includes: welcome drink, main meals with seafood, fresh fruit, free tea and coffee after meals, insurance, an English speaking guide.
Excluding: Drinks, visit ticket Halong Bay per person , shuttle bus Ha Noi- Ha Long and laundry service and personal expense.
Children from 0-2 years old are free of charge when sharing bed with parents
Children from 2-12 years old will be charged when sharing bed with parents.
Children above 12 years old will be charged and must use an extra bed.
