Room Cleaning
In the case of consecutive nights
Simple cleaning is available upon request.
If you wish to have your room cleaned, please leave a sign in front of the door.
Simple cleaning includes face towels, bath towels, bath mats, nightwear, and garbage collection in the trash.
For stays of 7 nights or more
In addition to the above simple cleaning, "room cleaning" will be performed once a week.
This includes making the bed, changing towels and nightwear, replenishing room furnishings, cleaning the room, and collecting trash in the trash cans.
*Additional room cleaning is available for an extra charge. Please contact the front desk for details.
Others
If you lose your room key card, you will be charged JPY 2,000 for the replacement.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
After the final check-out time, additional charges will be incurred as follows.
Between 11:00 AM and 01:00 PM: 50% of the room charge
Extra beds and baby cribs are not available.
【Children's rates】All guests over 6 years old are considered adults.
【Parking】There is no parking available at the hotel. Please use coin-operated parking lots in the neighborhood.
