Please bear in mind that you are staying in an Apartment and to make your stay as comfortable as possible and that of others, house rules need to be followed.
* Only registered guest is allowed to sleep in the unit.
*Visitors are allowed up to 10pm.
* To keep the peace and tranquility of the neighborhood parties and events are not allowed as the unit is not sound proof. Should you come in late, please try to not make noise.
* Strictly smoking must be done at the balcony. NO smoking inside the unit.
* Cleanliness is of utmost importance at all times. This is your home away from home so treat it as yours so others may also enjoy their stay after you.
* No littering at the doorstep of the unit.
* Hanging of towels in a balcony is strictly prohibited. Corresponding penalty may apply in case of violation.
* 24-hour service is not available as this is not a hotel but we will try to assist your need as soon as we can.
* Handle everything in the unit with care. Avoid moving objects, furnitures, and display to prevent accidents. Corresponding payment is to be made if something is damage or broken. Report immediately if something is missing, damage or not working.
* Turn off all the appliances when not in use or when you leave the premises.
* Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
* Kindly bring your garbage at the left side of the entrance gate as you go.
Kitchen
*No cooking of dried fish or any other lasting stinky food.
Housekeeping
* For long stay, request of unit cleaning is available at a minimal charge of 300. Bedshets, blankets and towels are changed every 4-5 days. Cleaning will be done as well after changing, free of charge.
*We only provide 2 towels, extra towel is 50 pesos
Keys
* Lost Key is charged at 1000.
Check In Time: 2PM
Check out Time: 12 noon
Please contact us prior to your arrival if it's earlier than 2PM.
Early check in: 200 per hr
Late check out: 200 per hr
