ㅁ When making a reservation, you must enter the correct phone number and email address where we can contact you for the property information and check-in (face-to-face/non-face-to-face) information.
ㅁ If you did not fill out the information at the time of reservation or entered it incorrectly, please forward your contact information and a copy of the reservation confirmation (or reservation details) to the property as soon as possible.
ㅁ The property is not responsible for any problems that arise if you do not enter your contact information or enter it incorrectly.
ㅁ If you are checking in after 6 PM (Korean time) on the check-in day, you must contact the property directly in advance to discuss the check-in time and method.
ㅁ Even if they are not listed on the Agoda sales page, additional charges may apply for other options, such as additional services within the property and use of facilities.
ㅁ The type and status of other options such as additional services and facilities, usage fees, and payment methods vary by property , so please be sure to check with the property directly before check-in.
ㅁ The use of additional services, facilities, and other options may be restricted depending on the weather or conditions of the property on the day of use, and no refund of property costs is possible due to this.
ㅁ All children and infants are considered the same number of adults regardless of age. If the maximum number of guests per room is exceeded, you may have to pay an additional fee or be denied entry even if the reservation has been completed through Agoda.

- Gamseong Jacuzzi No. 1, 2, and 3 can be used only 1 time per night.

ㅁ Operating hours: After check-in ~ 20:00

ㅁ Instructions for use
- Please wear beachwear such as a swimming cap, swimsuit, or rash guard.
- Tubes and life jackets provided (only available at the swimming pool within the pension, and cannot be taken into the valley.)
- You cannot use the swimming pool after applying body oil.
- Customers accompanying infants and toddlers, please be mindful of children’s safety accidents.
- For safety reasons, you cannot use the swimming pool after drinking.

[Indoor heated swimming pool in kids’ room]

ㅁ Open period: Always open
ㅁ Facilities: Separate lukewarm water swimming pool in each room (maintained at 34-36 degrees until 10:00 P.M. on the day of check-in)
ㅁ Operating hours: Upon arrival ~ 10:00 P.M.
ㅁ Fee: KRW 50,000 (payment on site upon check-in) *Request for lukewarm water is required when using the indoor heated swimming pool.
- For more than consecutive nights, application for lukewarm water on the day of check-in is required, but is available for consecutive nights.
- Boiling water using a coffee pot or pot and pouring it into the swimming pool is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
- The swimming pool water is changed every day and chemicals such as bleach are never used.
- The lukewarm water is maintained at 34-36 degrees until 10:00 P.M., and the water is circulated 24 hours a day for clean use. (Summer: 30 to 33 degrees)
- We can heat the water up to 36 degrees, so if you want the water warmed, please ask the management office.
- If you do not request lukewarm water, you can only use the outdoor public swimming pool. (Outdoor swimming pool operates only in summer)
ㅁ Instructions for use
- Bringing food into the pool or toys provided in the room is strictly prohibited.
- Please wear a swimming cap and swimsuit.
- Customers accompanying infants and toddlers are asked to be careful of children's safety accidents.
- For further information regarding the use of the swimming pool, please check the information on the hotel website or contact the hotel before making a reservation.
- The heated swimming pool in the Kids Pool Villa room costs KRW 50,000 per night, paid on-site. Since it is a required option, no separate application is required and it will be prepared at the check-in time. (For consecutive nights or more, the first night is required, but the second night is optional.)
※ Starting from February 21, 2024, two mattresses will be provided to form a family bed for 'Gamseong' room types.

ㅁThe property is a non-smoking area. Guests are responsible for costs, damages, and responsibilities due to smoking.
ㅁ Room reservation status may not match 100% due to the nature of real-time reservations. In some cases, duplicate reservations may occur, in which case the reservation paid for first will be reserved first.
ㅁ Reservations may not be possible or may be canceled depending on the reservation status after purchase. After purchase, please be sure to confirm with the hotel whether your reservation has been confirmed. In case of cancellation due to any of these reasons, a 100% refund is possible even on the day of reservation, and no other compensation is possible, so please make sure to confirm whether your reservation has been confirmed.
