The cleaning service is available upon request for an extra charge of PHP 500. For long staying guests, rooms are cleaned free of charge every 3 nights.

The property requires a refundable security deposit of PHP 2,000 upon check-in.
The swimming pool is closed every Monday. The swimming pool is managed by the building administration independently of the property. The property cannot guarantee the availability of the pool at all time.
