Pet Policy - Only apply for Pet Friendly Room
- A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per room.
- Only dogs up to 25 kg are permitted.
- A charge of Rs. 2,000 + GST per pet, per room, per night is payable at check-in.
- Pets must not be left unattended in the room and must always be on a leash in public areas.
- Pets are not allowed in common areas such as the restaurant, spa, swimming pool, and gym.
- A pet food menu is available at the resort. Boarding kennels are not provided.
- Vaccination is mandatory, and proof must be sent to the resort at least 7 days before the stay.
- For emergencies, details of nearby pet clinics are available at the Front Desk. The resort is not responsible for their services.
- The resort does not provide walking facilities, sell pet items, or offer over-the-counter medicines.
- Any damages or excessive cleaning required due to pets will incur additional charges.
- Pets must always be on a leash and under the handler's control when outside the room.
