Kindly send a coloured soft copy of your valid ID to the property at least 24 hours before your arrival. (Please note that failure to do so may result in not being able to check-in). IDs accepted are: For Filipinos: SSS/GSIS or UMID, TIN card, Drivers License, OWWA for OFWs, PRC ID, Senior Citizen card, passport. Postal and Comelec only together with a second valid ID. For foreigners: passport, ACR card, AEP card. IDs such as Company ID or Student ID are not acceptable.
The property offers free cleaning service every 3 days for long stay guests.
The property's outdoor pool is closed for maintenance every Monday. Any additional guest will be charged PHP 300. The pool is managed by the building administration independently of ZEN. ZEN cannot guarantee the availability of the pool at all times
There is a PHP 100 usage fee for using the gym.
Guests with same day booking will have no access to the Hotel Facilities.
PHP 2000 security deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit will be fully-refunded on the condition that no damage and disturbance has occurred.
