Bookings under the same name and dates extending beyond 14 days, will follow the Group and Long Stay Payment and Cancellation Policy regardless of the rate they have booked.Group and Long Stay Payment and Cancellation Policy:50% deposit of the total amount to guarantee the booking, we will notify the guest before we charge the credit card on the booking. This deposit is non-refundable.The remaining 50% of the booking must be paid up to 15 days before the arrival date. This is non-refundable.The hotel will contact the customer before we charge the remaining 50% and remind them that the remaining amount is due 15 days in advance. If the payment is not received, we will notify in writing that we will hold the booking for an additional 48 hours and if it is not received, the booking will be canceled 10 days prior to arrival.
Cowork Pet PolicyWe love pets, but to ensure a balance between comfort and productivity, please follow these guidelines:Documentation: If you plan to bring a pet dog or cat, submit vaccination papers or service animal documentation. Our team will keep a copy of your pet’s paperwork on file.Supervision & Behavior: Pets must be house-broken and kept on a leash or in a pet carrier. Pets should not be left unsupervised or allowed to roam freely. Disruptive, noisy, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. If issues arise, Selina staff may ask you to remove the pet from the premises.Cleanliness & Responsibility: Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Please ensure pets do not cause damage or disturb other members.Designated Areas: Pets are welcome only in designated indoors or outdoor spaces. Only dogs under 10 kgs are allowed inside the Cowork.Pets other than dogs and cats may be permitted only at Selina’s discretion. The same guidelines will apply. Permission must be obtained in advance.

Pets PoliciesSelina is pet friendly!(Not more than 5Kg). Pet owners are required to book private rooms, as pets are not permitted in dormitories. There is also a cost of THB 350 per pet per night and a Refundable deposit of THB 3,000.
Smoking is strictly prohibited at all Selina locations. A charge of THB 10,000 will be applied to guests who fail to comply with this policy. We kindly encourage adherence to this rule to avoid unnecessary charges.
Hotel check in time is from 08:00 AM to 17:00 PM.
