【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025】
Starting September 1, 2025, local tax regulations require guests to pay an accommodation tax, which will be collected separately at the hotel during check-in. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:

  • For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
  • For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
  • For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night

In accordance with Osaka Prefecture regulations, an accommodation tax will be collected separately on-site as follows:
For stays between 7,000 yen and 14,999 yen per person per night: 100 yen
For stays between 15,000 yen and 19,999 yen per person per night: 200 yen
For stays of 20,000 yen or more per person per night: 300 yen

For stays on or after September 1, 2025, the accommodation tax will be revised as follows:
For stays between 5,000 yen and 14,999 yen per person per night: 200 yen
For stays between 15,000 yen and 19,999 yen per person per night: 400 yen
For stays of 20,000 yen or more per person per night: 500 yen

According to local tax regulation, guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night):
Effective from June 1, 2019:
Accommodation tax of JPY 100 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates JPY 7,000 and over and less than JPY 15,000.
Accommodation tax of JPY 200 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates less than JPY 20,000.
Accommodation tax of JPY 300 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates of JPY 20,000 and over.
Breakfast is served from 07:00 AM to 09:30 AM.
