If cancelled before 72 hours of arrival the deposit will be refunded.Christmas Policy: Any reservations made between 19 December and 2 January, will need to pay 50% of the deposit at the time of booking. Guests must cancel before 10 December to be fully refunded. After 10 December the 50% deposit will be non-refundable.
