Guests with pets are required to inform the property in advance.
There will be a pet owner’s waiver to be signed. The pet owner should agree to full responsibility of the followings:
1. An additional fee of PHP 500 will be charged for a dog kit (plastic gloves, wet wipes, dry tissue, hand sanitizer, trash bags, and kit bag) that they can use for the pet's body-relief functions.
2. Any damages and/or a remarkable degree of soiling caused by their pet during their stay.
3. Any aggressive behavior of their pet such as an attack on other pets, other guests, staff, etc.
4. Within the property's premises, the pet must be leashed to ensure its safety and security as well as other guests and staff.
5. A pet must be immunized.
Only pets weighing under 40 pounds are allowed at the property.
The maximum number of pets allowed in each room is 2.
This is a pet-friendly property.
