※ Unmanned Front Desk Operations Guide

- Please request room maintenance by 01:00 PM and may not be available if requested later.
- Guests are required to contact the property in advance when checking in after 12:00 AM.
(1) Please use the parking lot of the property
(2) Check-in: after 03:00PM, Check-out: 11:00 AM (08:00 PM check-in for 08:00 PM product)
(3) Extra fee of KRW 11,000 will be charged for late check-out and early check-in, and need to be informed in advance
(4) All the rooms are non-smoking, and damages or cost caused by smoking need to be paid by guest (including terrace / restroom)
(5) Dogs under 10kg can stay at the room (only 1 and no cats allowed) / KRW 33,000 per night will be charged
(6) In order to prevent fire damage, no laundry machine or electronic stove
(7) Any damages during the stay will be charged. ex) wall paper damage by sticker or tape. Also, candle or fireworks are not allowed to use and the same damage rule will be applied
(8) Disposing foods into toilet or sink might cause repair cost up to KRW 500,000
(9) Minors are not allowed to stay without guardians
(10) Charger will not be provided
(11) Shower gown will not be offered.

Starting from December 1, 2023 the property will not provide any disposable products complying with guideline of ESG campaign. (buy products via vending machine on 1st floor)

You can check in through Kiosk 24hours
Self-check-in is possible after 3 p.m. at all kiosks on the first floor (for Late Bird, can check-in after 8 p.m.)
Touch the screen and simply type your name. After all step. you can get receipt and card key as well.
You can find your room number on the receipt.
When checking in with an English name, you must enter your first name + last name, and there must be a space between the first name and last name.
You can check in and register your car parking, which is basically free parking during your stay. Parking is free for up to four days as of the check-out date for the 4-day package. Parking fees charged if you do not register your car number in the kiosk are non-refundable.
For on-site payment customers, payment can be made with a physical credit card (VISA/MASTER).

-Room amenities
***There is a facility usage manual on the table in the room. Please check how to use Wi-Fi, hot water, and boiler.***
The washing machine, induction, and bidet provided in the room are not included in the options and cannot be used.
Due to the hotel disposable product usage regulation policy, disposable products such as toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided and can be purchased at vending machines or convenience stores located on the first floor.
Large-capacity shampoo, body wash, and conditioner are provided in the bathroom.
-Room cleaning request
If you are a guest staying multiple nights and would like your room cleaned, please attach the 'PLEASE MAKE UP ROOM' magnet attached to the inside of the door to the outside of the door before 1 p.m. Cleaning times are not specified and usually take place between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
