- If you need to assign the same room or move the room type when making a reservation for consecutive nights, please contact the front desk in advance. Please check out by 11 o'clock and visit the front desk for room-type changing guest who booked consecutive nights. KRW 15,000 per hour if you do not check out (vat separately), and a one-night fee will be charged after 15:00 PM.
- Check-in and check-out is available at the self kiosk on the 1st floor, and if you need additional help on the spot, please visit the reception desk on the 2nd basement floor (operating hours: 08:00 AM to 11:00 PM)
- You can store your luggage free of charge only on the day of check-in and check-out in the unmanned luggage storage box on B2F

Room entry and exit information
Location: Unmanned check-in at the entrance kiosk on the 1st floor
Check-in / Check-out: 15:00 pm / 11:00 am
Extended check-out: KRW 15,000 per hour (excluding vat) up to 4 hours (until 15:00)
In case of extension beyond 4 hours, 1 night fee is applied
Guide to unattended check-in
Enter the 9-10 digit Agoda reservation number into the kiosk
Enter the room with the cell phone text message or the room number and password on the issued receipt
Contact the accommodation if check-in is difficult (T. 02-6329-1001)
Precautions when making a reservation
When making a reservation, write the guest's real name and contact information
On-site payment when additional people are added
Cannot be accommodated if the maximum number of people is exceeded
There may be disadvantages due to incorrect contact information and real name
A cancellation fee is charged for cancellation due to simple change of mind or customer circumstances.
