Holiday Home House Rules
Welcome to our holiday home! We want you to have a pleasant and enjoyable stay. To ensure a harmonious and safe environment, please adhere to the following house rules:
1. Government ID Submission: To comply with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) regulations, all guests are kindly requested to provide a copy of their passport or valid Government ID (for local residents) for every occupant listed in the reservation.
2. Parking Pass and Building Access Card: During the check-out process, please ensure you leave the parking pass and building access card in the designated area. Failure to do so will result in a charge of AED 400 or USD 110. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
3. Residential Community: Our holiday home is located in a residential community. Please respect the family-oriented atmosphere. Show consideration for neighbors and the property's security. Maintain civil and appropriate behavior. Do not engage in any illegal or commercial activities inside the property.
4. Guests & Visitors: All guests and visitors must be registered with us at least 24 hours in advance. Valid identification should be presented upon arrival. Both guests and visitors must follow these house rules and any community regulations. Children under 14 must be supervised in all recreational areas. You are responsible for your visitors' behavior, so ensure they comply with these house rules. The maximum number of visitors allowed is 4. Visitors can enter the property between 8 am and 10 pm. Visitors cannot stay in the holiday home between 12:00 am midnight and 8:00 am. Access to community facilities may have additional restrictions.
5. Additional Responsibilities: Use property facilities, such as the pool, spa, or gym, at designated areas and do so at your own risk. Inspect the property upon check-in to ensure all fittings and furnishings are complete and functional. Report any issues within the first 24 hours. Accompany your children in all areas and be responsible for their safety. Keep track of your personal belongings as we bear no liability for forgotten or lost items.
6. Noise/Disturbance to Neighbors: Avoid creating noise that disturbs neighbors, especially between 10 pm and 8 am. Do not enter or use neighboring premises or property. Notify us of any disputes or complaints from neighbors promptly. Minimize any disruptive behavior that could affect the residential amenity of neighbors and the local community.
7. Gatherings or Functions: Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
8. Use of Community Facilities: Use the swimming pool and spa during the hours set by community management or us. Do not bring glassware to the pool area. Ensure safety, especially for children when using the swimming pool and spa.
9. Check-In and Check-Out Procedures: Check-in time is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 12 PM. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur additional charges. Early check-in/checkout is subject to availability and requires prior written approval. Inspect the property upon check-in and report any major damages within 24 hours. Secure the property by closing and locking all windows and doors when absent. If you are absent from the property for more than 7 consecutive days, notify us to conduct regular inspections.
10. Barbecue: Barbecues are not allowed inside the holiday home, on balconies, or terraces. Use designated barbecue facilities if provided by us or the community management.
11. Smoking: Smoking of cigarettes is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking of shisha/hookah is not allowed indoors or outdoors for security reasons. Guests must adhere to this rule, and failure to comply will lead to additional charges.
12. No Pet Policy: We have a strict no-pet policy. Pets are not allowed unless specific units are designated as pet-friendly and prior approval is obtained. Additional pet fees may apply.
13. Alterations: Guests may not make any alterations to the holiday home without our prior written approval.
14. Waste Disposal: Dispose of garbage and recycling according to the normal practice in the unit, building, or community. Do not leave rubbish in public or common areas. Comply with the collection schedule for garbage and recycling.
15. Parking: Follow parking regulations and any instructions provided by us. Park only in designated areas and adhere to the maximum number of vehicles specified.
16. Emergency Contacts: In the event of an emergency relating to the holiday home, please contact us.
**Additional Rules for Damages and Loss:**
- A security deposit may be charged as specified in your booking. This deposit is intended to cover potential damages, loss of items, or violations of house rules.
- We kindly request that you treat our space and belongings with care. Guests are responsible for any damages or loss of items occurring during their stay.
