1) Check-in is available on the 20th floor of the building
2) Check-in is after 4 pm and check-out is until 11 am.
3) Information message will be sent to the contact information you wrote on the morning of the check-in.
4) Compensation is not possible in case of problems caused by misrepresentation or miscellaneous materials.
5) The maximum number of people cannot stay.
6) We are not recommended to stay with infants, and we ask for your understanding that we don't have any baby products.
7) It is difficult to provide additional bedding when the standard number of guest stays.
8) In addition to the standard number of people in the side view room, 20,000 won per person is added per person. (Bedding is provided for additional person)
9) Early check-in / late check-out is provided after checking the availability depending on the situation. (Additional charges may apply.)
10) Fire alarms in the building are very sensitive, so if you smoke or cook a lot of smoke in the room, the whole building alarm can be activated. (No smoking, meat or fish are allowed in all rooms)
11) There is no standing medicine in the room, but if necessary, Guest can purchase it at the convenience store on the 1st floor.
12) It is not possible to enter a pet. If guest check in with the pet, guest may be forced to leave the room. (Cost may be charged depending on possible in-room damage)
13) Cancellation or refund is not possible due to the customer's simple change of mind during the period when the penalty is incurred.
14) It is not possible for minors who do not include adults to stay, which may be a reason for compulsory discharge.

Number of person who can stay with this reservation is 2 and maximum 4 people can stay in the room with extra charge 15,000KRW per a person.
If there are extra people, please let the property know at least one day in advance from check-in date.

15) Guest can use paid parking in the property, And it's 11,000 won per day / 3,000 won per hour.
16) Actions that can cause damage or discomfort to others can be a reason for compulsory discharge.
17) To store luggage, please visit the restroom on the 9th floor (no refrigerated or frozen grocery products allowed). Surveillance cameras are in operation all day. (The property will provide password on check-in date via text message.)
