Check-in and Check-out Time: The hotel's check-in time is after 3:00 PM, and check-out time is before 11:00 AM.
Environmental Policy: In response to environmental protection and government policies, starting from November 1, 2024, OA Hotel will no longer proactively provide disposable amenities in guest rooms, including combs, toothbrushes, toothpaste, cotton swabs, razors, shower caps, and slippers. Guests are encouraged to bring their own necessities.
Non-Smoking and Other Policies: The entire hotel is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed (except for guide dogs). The use of drones is also prohibited.
Ocean View Bath Facility: Guests can enjoy complimentary access to the ocean view bath on the day of check-in (operating hours: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM, with the last entry at 10:30 PM). Please bring your own swimwear.
Facility Usage: If you wish to use other hotel facilities, please refer to the facility operating hours listed on the hotel's official website.
Additional Amenities Fees: If you require extra amenities, additional charges will apply, including NT$200 per blanket, NT$100 per pillow, and NT$50 per bath towel.
Breakfast Hours: If your room type includes breakfast, the breakfast hours are divided into two sessions: 6:30 AM - 8:00 AM and 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM. If there is a high number of guests, a third session (9:30 AM - 11:00 AM) may be added, subject to on-site staff notification. If your booking does not include breakfast, breakfast service will not be provided.
