[GOGREEN Policy]
YeokSam Artnouveau City Hotel & Residences is participating in environmental movements to minimize waste and plastic emissions.
We refrain from using packaging materials and disposable items in our operations, and all disposable items except for bottled water are not provided in the guest rooms. Bathroom amenities are provided in large quantities. (If you need amenities, use the vending machine in the lobby.)
In addition, room maintenance is not provided for up to 3 nights for consecutive nights, and for guests staying 4 nights or more, room maintenance is provided once only upon request. (If requested, a request must be made in advance to the front desk by 1:00 PM on the day.)
[Information on parking]
- Parking is only available when purchasing a "parkable" product.
- We will contact you at the reservation department because we need your full vehicle number when purchasing a "parkable" product.
- The entire daily parking fee will be charged for parking the vehicle after purchasing the "No Parking" product.
※ Pet room (dog-friendly room) user information
1. If you purchase a pet room (dog-friendly room), you can stay with up to 2 small sized dogs, and each pet is limited to 7 kg.
(If you wish to accompany more than one dog, an additional charge of KRW 30,000 will be incurred, and you will not be allowed to enter the room if you exceed two.)
2. The pet room (dog-friendly room) is for dogs only, and other pets are not allowed to stay together.
3. Dogs without basic vaccinations are not allowed to stay.
4. Upon check-in, guests are required to sign the pet dog-related oath at front desk.
(vaccination within the last 3 months, oath contents such as carrying a puppy in the facility)
5. When using the room, please comply with the followings.
- Guests are required to carry dogs in kennel especially at common areas such as parking lot, elevator, lobby.
- If you are caught accompanying dogs without leash, you will be forced to leave the property without refund.
-Even if you go out for a short time, you must be accompanied by a dog, and you will be forced to leave the room if you are caught leaving only a dog in the room. (causing noise)
- Please wipe your dog's feet when entering the room after going out.
- Please throw excrement down the toilet, and put the pad in a sanitary bag and throw it in the trash.An additional repair fee will be charged if the bedding, fixtures, and facilities in the room are damaged or contaminated.
6. If you are caught staying with dogs without permission, penalty will be imposed and you will be forced to leave.
※ Restricted breeds: Pit Bull Terrier, English Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Great Dane, Malamute, Prescanario, Doberman, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, German Shepherd, and other breeds classified as fierce dogs and fierce dog mixed dogs
