Excessive noise that may disturb other guests is not allowed in guest rooms, hallways, lobby, or yard (especially between 9 PM and 9 AM). Violation may result in eviction without refund.
Additional charges will apply for contamination (food, wine, blood, vomit, cosmetics, hair dye, etc.) on bedding, curtains, wallpaper, or for any damage or breakage to property or fixtures.
All guests must provide a valid phone number for reservation confirmation. If the property is unable to contact the guest, the reservation may be canceled.
All property items must remain inside the building. Removal of items will incur a charge. Additional towels are available for KRW 1,000 per piece (laundry fee).
Bicycles must be parked in the parking lot and are not allowed inside the building.
Check-in time: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM. No-shows after this time will not be refunded.
Check-out time: 11:00 AM. Late check-out will be considered as an additional night.
For the comfort of all guests and to prevent fire hazards, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building, guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and balconies (including electronic cigarettes). If found smoking, guests will be asked to leave without refund and a cleaning fee of KRW 200,000 will be charged. Please use the designated smoking area in the yard.
Laundry and drying are not allowed on the terrace or inside guest rooms. Please use the outdoor faucet and drying rack in the yard. Sand and outdoor shoes are not allowed inside the building or guest rooms.
Minors are not allowed. Valid original ID (including those issued via Government24) is required. Entry and refunds are not permitted for minors.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No outside visitors or pets are permitted.
The maximum occupancy per room must be observed. No extra bedding is provided.
To protect the environment and maintain cleanliness and hygiene, bringing in, cooking, or consuming outside food, delivery, or convenience store items is strictly prohibited inside the building and guest rooms (including ramen, soups, seasoned foods, side dishes, fried foods, chicken, pizza, shellfish, meals, seafood, sashimi, dried fish, grilled foods, or any food with a strong odor). Only simple drinks and snacks such as bakery items or cookies without strong smells are allowed. Violation will result in an additional cleaning fee.

Parking is only accessible via the alley between Gangneung Chodang Tofu and Jeonbok Ttukbaegi restaurants. If you have difficulty finding the alley, please contact the property directly for assistance.
