2. DO NOT break - lose - move anything in the apartment ( decoration, furnitures, keys, etc. ) opposite will lead to the deduction from deposit for all repairs what was broken.

5. ELECTRICITY & WATER BILLS POLICY!
We give you 800 THB electricity and 200 THB for water bills credit calculated by unit from both meters. If you use more it's gonna be your Responsibility and will charge you by unit from electricity & water meters. ( units rate calculated by juristic person ) We will collect from you 3.000 Baht in Check in day as Electric & Water Security Deposit which we will return back to you in your Check out day.
6. LATE CHECK IN POLICY
If you have late check in please let us know at least before 1 day. After 8PM we will charge 500 THB
7. WIFI
We provide private high speed wifi in the apartment and we charge for it 20 THB/day ( 30 nights stay 600 THB ). Please note it is excluded in your rental rate this amount you have to pay by cash in your check in day.
