House Rules:
1.Please avoid making loud noise as the neighborhood is a private residential area especially after 10pm
2. We don't allow smoking and vaping inside the house, please use the street for smoking. A fine of 2,000 pesos will be charged once cigarette butts will be found inside the house.
3. For the lost and damaged items, smoking inside the property, bad stains, lost remote control, lost keys we charge 2,000 pesos.
4. Make sure to turn off aircon and appliances, electronics when not in use, lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
5. The host is not liable for any loss/theft of personal and valuable belongings of guests as we throw trash after each guest has checked out.
6. No illegal substance allowed
7. Pet fee 1,000 pesos per pet in excess of one. Pet poop/pee shall be charged 1,000 pesos per night. Please clean up your pet poo.
8. Check out at 12 noon, late check out with fine of 400 per hour
