The safety of individuals and property is our top priority. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a registration link to provide various details, such as your arrival times, an identification document, and your signature on our good conduct charter.
A security deposit of €250 will also be requested as a pre-authorization on your credit card. This deposit is intended to cover any potential damages to the property.
This pre-authorization is not a charge on your account and will be automatically canceled a few days after your departure.
For a reservation for two people, only the bed in the bedroom will be prepared. If you would like the sofa bed to be prepared as well, please inform us at the time of booking. In this case, an additional fee of €30 will be charged to cover linen costs.
