【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:
- For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
- For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
- For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night
【Notice of Interior Renovation Work】
Construction period: November 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026
Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Interior renovation and air conditioning replacement work will be carried out on the capsule floors (3rd to 6th floors), one floor at a time.
During the construction period, air conditioning, guest rooms, restrooms, shower rooms, and common areas on certain floors will be unavailable.
Construction noise may occur. The construction schedule and working hours may change.
Hotel Shin Imamiya will implement revised curfew regulations starting December 13th to enhance security.Change Details: Use of the hotel's main entrance will be restricted between 2:00 AM and 5:00 AM.
Access During Curfew Hours: During curfew hours, please use the dedicated door located beside the hotel's main entrance (automatic doors). This door can be unlocked with a password. The password will be provided at the front desk during check-in.
