[Important] Temporary Suspension of Parking Lot Access, Front Desk Services, and Telephone Support
Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Yufuin Hanayoshi. To ensure that our staff can continue providing high-quality service, we will be implementing designated break times as outlined below.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but during the time period indicated below, we will temporarily suspend entry to the parking lot, use of the front-desk lobby, and telephone support due to safety management and operational reasons.
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to guests who wish to make inquiries after check-out, as well as those planning new reservations or visits during this time. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
■ Temporary Suspension Period and Content
Daily from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Parking lot access and use: Entry and parking of vehicles on the premises will not be permitted. Use of the front-desk lobby: Use of the lobby, including waiting before or after check-in, will be suspended. Telephone inquiries: Telephone reception for reservations, changes, and other inquiries will be suspended.
■ Start Date
Effective December 1, 2025
A bathing tax of JPY 150 will be charged when using the property's Onsen. After check-in on October 1, 2024, a bathing tax of JPY 250 will be charged.
