[Additional Information]
· For environmental protection, basic amenities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors are not provided.
· Due to the design hotel concept, the interior layout may vary even among rooms of the same type.
· Charges will apply for any damage, loss, or contamination of room items or bedding.
· Please refrain from making noise after midnight in consideration of other guests.
· Floor heating is not available in guest rooms.
[Check-in Information]
· A valid ID is required at check-in. (Check-in will not be permitted without ID.)
· Guests under the age of 18 cannot stay alone, even if only one minor is included. Check-in is only allowed when accompanied by a legal guardian.
※ Stays are not permitted even if verification is made by phone or if a parental consent form is provided.
· All guests must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in (e.g., passport, national ID card, driver’s license).
· Guests who fail to present a valid government-issued ID will not be allowed to stay, and the reservation fee is non-refundable.

[Parking Information]
· Parking fee: 2,000 KRW per room for 1 vehicle (Additional vehicles: 10,000 KRW per vehicle) / Mechanical parking tower
· If you require early parking before check-in, please contact the hotel in advance.
· Parking is available in the mechanical parking tower, and guests must park their own vehicle following staff instructions.
· One electric vehicle charging station is available.
※ Please inquire about vehicle type before entering the parking tower.
· The following vehicles cannot be parked: Kia Carnival, electric vehicles, vehicles over 1,850kg, large-sized vehicles, modified vehicles, sports cars, or high-value foreign luxury cars.
· If your vehicle cannot be accommodated due to failure to inquire in advance, cancellation and refunds may be restricted.
[Swimming Pool Information] - Closed for Winter Season
· Location / Operating Hours: 9F / 12:00–22:00
· Available for guests aged 19 and above.
· Admission ticket and appropriate swimwear are required. (Admission tickets are provided at check-in.)
· Some room types may have restricted access. Unauthorized entry will result in an additional fee. (25,000 KRW per person)
※ The pool is maintained at a temperature similar to a standard swimming pool. Personal float tubes are not allowed.
· The hotel is not responsible for any accidents or injuries caused by user negligence.
■ Please note that parking will not be available from November 27 to December 5 due to maintenance work on the mechanical parking facility.
■ The rooftop swimming pool is currently closed for the season. We look forward to welcoming you again next season with improved facilities.
[Information on Infant & Child Extra Bed Usage]
Please check the maximum occupancy allowed for each room type. Additional guests beyond the standard occupancy are not permitted.

· Check-in time may vary depending on hotel circumstances, so please refer to your reservation details.
· Lost & found items will be stored at the front desk on the 1st floor for up to 1 month and then discarded.
· Items will not be individually notified unless the guest contacts us. (Food items are discarded on the same day.)
· Courier service is not provided; however, if the guest visits and submits the item directly, it can be shipped by cash-on-delivery.
· Parking is available for 1 vehicle per room at a cost of 2,000 KRW (one-time charge during stay). For additional vehicles, an extra fee of 10,000 KRW per vehicle applies.
