House Rules
1) Please contact the Host directly prior to your arrival for check in guidance.
2) It is not allowed to bring any weapon, inflammable or explosive substances and products with strong or unpleasant smell into the property.
3) Smoking is prohibited in the property.
4) No pets of any kind are allowed in the property. If such activity is suspected, RM500 cleaning fee will be accessed. Plus, guest must remove pet from property immediately upon request.
5) No charcoal grill barbecues are allowed in the property.
6) All guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
7) When leaving the property, guest is asked to close all water taps, turn off the lights, turn off the television, close windows, and return the property key when check out. Lost keys will be charged at RM100.
8) The property management is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewellery or other valuables left unattended in the property.
9) For Malaysian travellers, all guest who wish to stay must do online transfer upon arrival. A security deposit of RM100 is required upon check in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded within 1-2 days after check out.
10) For international travellers, we will send you the credit card payment link for security deposit collection. A security deposit of RM100 is required upon check in or guest need to provide the passport ID, national ID or driving license in softcopy for check in record. The security deposit is for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded within 1-2 days after check out.
