1.Strictly no smoking. Smoking inside the house will be subject to a mandatory fine of 500RM as a cleaning fee
2.Durian, mangosteen & jackfruit is strictly prohibited in the unit.
3. Strictly no pets allowed.
4.Check-out is by 12PM. Late check-out by 12PM is subject to availability. There will be an extra room charge of RM 100 per hour if checkout is delayed (after 12PM).
5.A charge will be imposed for the loss of key cards (RM200 per card) and/or keys (RM100 per key).
6.Strictly no dumping garbage outside of the house door.
7. Strictly no group gathering/party.
8 .Security Deposit of RM300 is required upon check-in. Refund of the Security Deposit will be within 24 hours after checkout, subject to an inspection of the apartment and return of access cards/keys.
