- Hotel room (Deluxe, Executive…) maximum occupancy up to 4 guests (2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults + 1 child). Base rate is applied for 2 adults only, any children from 4 years old will have an additional charge. Children from 11 years old are considered as adults.
- Villa 2 Bedroom & Connecting room: maximum occupancy up to 8 guests (4 adults + 4 children). Base rate is applied for 4 adults only, any children from 4 years old will incur an additional charge. Children from 11 years old are considered as adults.
- Villa 3 Bedroom: maximum occupancy up to 12 guests (6 adults + 6 children). Base rate is applied for 6 adults only, any children from 4 years old will incur an additional charge. Children from 11 years old are considered as adults.
Each room/villa type and promotion will be applied a different surcharge. Please contact hotel directly for details information.
• There will be a compulsory fee applied for Christmas and New year Gala Dinner. Which does not include room rate.
• Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in. For children, birth certificates are required. If birth certificates are not provided, guests under 140 centimeters will be considered children aged 4 – 12 years old.
• When using Vinpearl’s services, guests consent to the property’s use of the photographs taken for statistics. These photographs will not be disclosed to third parties outside Vingroup.
• Guests are required to check the room’s furniture and minibar (food and drinks) upon check-in and check-out.
• Customers need to provide the flight number (such as VJ975, VJ979 …) & contact at least 48 hours prior arrival date for complimentary airport transfer by shuttle bus arrangement. In case we do not receive the above required information, we understand that you arrange the transportation to our hotel by yourself.
Extra bed and Surcharge for additional occupants:

Only one extra bed is allowed in one room. Villa room does not have extra bed.
Children from 0- 3 years old are allowed to stay for free if sharing room with parents.
