All guests must inform the property regarding gender so that proper room amenities can be set up. Please contact the property at least two days prior to arrival. 
Breakfast is served from 08.30am.
Children 4 – 6 years old will be charged for the children's meal.
Guests are required to provide an estimated check-in time to the property prior to arrival.
Guests who reserved a room with dinner must check in before 06:00 PM or dinner cannot be served and no refund provided.
Guests with food allergies or preferences are advised to notify the property in advance via the Special Request box.
A bathing tax of JPY 150 will be charged when using the property's Onsen. After check-in on October 1, 2024, a bathing tax of JPY 250 will be charged.
