House Rules:
1. Strictly NO SMOKING at WHOLE APARTMENT including balcony and laundry area
2. NO FOOD & DRINKS in all bedrooms
3. Please switch off the air-conditioning or any electrical appliances when you are not in the house

4. Please take off your shoes after entering the apartment
5. Keep noise level low after 10PM
6. Please use swimwear at the pool
7. Keep yourself dry after using the pool, do not make the lobby and lift wet
8. Please wash the kitchenware after use
9. Please DO NOT throw any other things other than toilet paper provided into toilet bowl. Any blockages caused will amount to a plumbing charge of RM150 to be borne by occupants.
10. Please keep the apartment clean, and remember to throw all rubbish to the big bin at car park.
11. Please don’t use the towels provided to wipe other things other than your clean body, else we will assume that you want to buy that towel. Check out time: 12PM
