📏SECURITY DEPOSIT (REFUNDABLE):
A MYR300 security deposit is required and compulsory. This security deposit will be refunded within 1-2 working days provided keys & access cards returned also there isn't any damage at the property.
📏 Cleaning fees are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations (laundry, vacuuming, etc.).
