As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows:
【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000
【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000
For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
Child fares
①Children aged 0-5 can stay for free if using existing beds (futons are not provided).
② Children over 6 years old are considered adults.

③ We will prepare rooms according to the number of people who actually pay.
Guests are required to provide an estimated check-in time to the property at least 3 days prior to arrival, as well as in the case of any adjustments to the reservation.
The property allows only one group booking per day.
