• Full-board meals will begin with dinner on the day of check-in, and end with lunch on the day of check-out. Should you wish to have lunch on your arrival date instead of departure date, please inform the property at least 5 days in advance. This meal-change option is only available for arrival before 13:00 and departure before 12:00. Changing meal options on arrival day is not possible.
RESORT REGULATIONS
To contribute to a civilized resort environment, please comply with the following regulations:
Outside food/drinks are not allowed. Please inform front desk if brought, fee applies VND 1,175,000/time. Hotel will not be responsible for related safety.
Do not bring fruits with a strong smell (such as durians, jackfruit, fish sauce, etc) into the hotel room

In details:
- Hotel room (Deluxe, Executive…) maximum occupancy up to 4pax (02 adults + 02 child or 03 adults + 01 child). Base rate is applied for 2 adults only, any children from 4 years old will have an additional charge. Children from 11 years old are considered as adults.
- Connecting room: maximum OCC up to 8pax (04 adults + 04 child). Base rate is applied for 4 adults only, any children from 4 years old will incur an additional charge. Children from 11 years old are considered as adults.
Guests are required to check the room’s furniture upon check-in and check-out.
Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in. For children, birth certificates are required. If birth certificates are not provided, guests under 140 centimeters will be considered children aged 4 – 12 years old.
There will be a compulsory fee applied for Christmas and New year Gala Dinner. Which does not include room rate.
When using Vinpearl’s services, guests consent to the property’s use of the photographs taken for statistics. These photographs will not be disclosed to third parties outside Vingroup.
