Check-in Instructions

* A paid shuttle bus service is available.
* Reservations can be made for the desired time and used accordingly.
* The use of unauthorized electrical appliances is prohibited to prevent fire accidents.
* Caution is advised to avoid slipping accidents in the restroom.
* Additional charges apply based on three criteria: per night, per day, or per reservation.
* Smoking is prohibited inside the building. A penalty fee of 200,000 KRW per reservation will be charged if smoking is detected.
* Compensation will be charged for any damage or destruction of facilities based on the estimated damage cost.
* Indoor slippers provided by the property are for indoor use only.
* Guests are responsible for any complaints filed due to loud noise or disturbance.
* The maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded.
* Some property-owned items are stored in cabinets and the refrigerator, which may cause inconvenience.
* After completing the reservation, an additional charge of 30,000 KRW per person per day applies for extra guests.
* The additional guest fee must be paid before check-in.
* If extra guests are found staying without prior approval, a penalty of 30,000 KRW per person per day will be charged for the entire reservation period.
* Check-in and check-out times must be followed for smooth operation.
* The reservation fee includes 10,000 KRW per night for electricity, water, and gas. Any excess charges will be settled after check-out. (This rarely exceeds normal usage.)
* The floor plan is for reference only and may differ from the actual layout of the property.
* For any expected schedule changes after booking, contact is required before making the reservation. Changes may not be possible without prior consultation.
* For stays longer than 28 days, signing a standard lease contract is required.

* The property is suitable for small, quiet gatherings. Large events that may cause noise complaints are not allowed.
* Meals are not provided at the property.
* A security deposit of 50,000 KRW per person per day is required before check-in, in addition to the reservation fee. The deposit will be refunded after the check-out inspection.
* Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out.
* Only the amenities shown in the basic information and photos are provided.
* Pets are allowed, with a charge of 30,000 KRW per pet per day.
* Any damages caused by pets will be charged to the pet owner.
* Free parking is available. If no parking space is available, an external parking subsidy of 10,000 KRW per night will be provided.
* Turn off all lights before checking out.
* Separate and dispose of trash properly.
* Do not unplug any pre-installed electronic devices.
* Do not move any facility items without the administrator’s approval.
