Please note, this is a virtual hold; the amount will be frozen on your account but not charged.Guests must contact the management team at least 24 hours prior to arrival to arrange the self-check-in process.Check-in instructions will only be issued once all requirements have been fulfilled.**Key Collection and Self-Check-In Process**Keys must be collected from the left side of the Ocean Apartments reception by the black keysafe boxes. This is located on the ground floor of Block C at 2 Western Harbour Midway, Edinburgh, EH6 6PN.Smoking on-site is strictly prohibited and will incur an additional charge of £200.Housekeeping: Please be aware that daily housekeeping is not provided. A weekly cleaning service is available for stays of 7 nights or longer.
