[About room cleaning]
In the case of consecutive nights
Simple cleaning is available on request.
If you wish to have the room cleaned, please leave a sign in front of the door.
Simple cleaning includes face towels, bath towels, bath mats and nightwear, as well as the collection of rubbish in the wastebasket.
For stays of 7 nights or more
In addition to the above simple cleaning, a 'room cleaning' is carried out once a week.
This includes making the bed, changing towels and nightwear, replenishing the room equipment, cleaning the room and collecting rubbish from the bins.
*Additional room cleaning is available at extra cost.

Please kindly note that the check-out time is at 11:00AM. Late check-out after this time will charged at additional cost as below.
Between 11:00 - 1:00PM - additional 50% of the room rate
After 1:00PM - additional 100% of the room rate
If you wish to have late check-out, please contact the reception upon check-in.
Please note that guests over 6 years old are considered as adults.
Please note that the hotel does not provide extra bed or baby cot in any room.
