The property is a self-catering hostel. All guests are expected to be clean and pick up after themselves that includes wiping down the bath and washing area after use, dishes, silverware and cookware cleaning before and after cooking, organized all belongings and keep them under the bed, ensure that the bed linens, towels and mattress free of debris and properly disposing of trash.
The minimum age of guests to stay is 18 years if unaccompanied by an adult.
The property accepts bookings only from non-local guests. Guests whose residence is within the same city as the property will not be allowed to check in.
Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.
The property strictly enforces a no-party or no excessive noise policy after 10:00 PM. The property does not allow joiners or visitors.
Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Guests smoking elsewhere are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking. Guests will be charged USD 250 for violating the policy.
Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.
