The property provides a shuttle service between Alishan bus stop and the property. Kindly contact the property in advance to reserve the shuttle service.
The check-out time is 11:00 a.m. on normal days from Sunday to Friday, and 10:00 a.m. on cherry blossom season, summer holidays, weekends, and special holidays.
