Starting 12/10/2022 through 3/13/2023 we will be doing balcony repairs in select units of our oceanfront king studios. The rooms with work being done will not be rented.
Palmetto Water Park - From 1/16/2023 to 2/10/2023 will be closed for renovation.
Palms Water Park - Bucket Drop will be closed from 2/9/2023 to 2/19/2023, and slides will be closed from 2/13/2023 to 2/16/2023 for renovation.
A resort fee of USD 20 plus tax per room per night will be collected upon check-in. Kindly contact the hotel directly for more information.
Between 1/5/26 and 1/18/26, The Palms water park will be closed for renovations, but the Palmetto water park will be open for use.
Full housekeeping services start on fourth night of stay or upon request.Towel and trash removal is daily.
Sections of Palmetto Water Park will be closed Monday–Thursday from October 7–30, and sections of Palms Water Park will be closed Monday–Thursday from November 3–22 due to renovations.
The indoor water park is heated and fully enclosed from November through April.Smoking is only allowed in designated areas adjacent to the property.A smoking fee of USD 250.0 will be charged for any smoking in rooms, balconies, or public areas.Guests under the age of 21 can only occupy a room if another guest is 21 years of age or older.Please note trailers cannot be accommodated in the parking area on site.
