[Room club party room notification]
There is a separate charge for the jacuzzi in this room.
It takes approximately 2 hours to fill the jacuzzi, so if you would like to use the bathtub, please let us know in advance by 10:00 PM during your stay.
The one-time use fee is KRW 50,000 (bath bombs or swarms are not allowed in the bathtub).
If the bathtub is in an abnormal condition and requires cleaning, an additional cleaning fee of KRW 50,000 will be charged.
Abnormal use (staining the bathtub, putting food or drinks in the bathtub, doing laundry in the bathtub, pushing bodies, putting flower petals, sequins, foreign objects that could damage the filtration system, etc. in the bathtub) will result in a maximum fine of KRW. You may be subject to a fine of 1,000,000.
Please use the bathtub in the same way as when using the outside swimming pool.
Please kindly note it's closed during the winter season.
•Security Deposit Policy•
Upfront deposits of KRW 100,000 is mandatory when you check in. You can provide them in cash, wire transfer, or credit card. Guests are fully responsible for any damages including smoking in the room.
Deposit returns are to be done within 24 hours after check-out. If you paid the deposit in cash, please visit our front desk for a refund around 11am on your check-out day.
- Additional occupancy fee KRW 35,000/1 night will be charged if more than standard occupancy.This amount does not add the bedding/extra bed setups.
- Additional fee KRW 50,000/1 night will be charged per extra bed. (Only some room types allow extra bed setup, please e-mail or call hotel directly)
- A simple daily housekeeping service is provided (but linen change is not included and a $20 fee will be charged for linen change).
- Our hotel does not have a separate parking lot, so please use a nearby paid parking lot.
-The rooms (Deluxe Quadruple Room for 4 People, City View Suite, Villa Family,Casa Deluxe, 2 Double Suite with View) need to note that The elevator doesn't reach directly, you need to use the few stairs.
