【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:
- For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
- For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
- For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night
According to local tax regulation, guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night):
effective from June 1,2019:
Accommodation tax of JPY 100 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates JPY7,000 and over and less than JPY 15,000.
Accommodation tax of JPY 200 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates less than JPY 20,000.
Accommodation tax of JPY 300 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates of JPY 20,000 and over.
Due to the rising costs of ingredients and various expenses, we have decided to revise our breakfast prices. We apologize for any inconvenience and burden this may cause our customers.
For customers who have already made reservations with breakfast included, we will honor the old pricing.
