Strictly NO Smoking inside the apartment, if notice RM500 will be charge as extra cleaning fees or compensation fund for the next guest who check in after you have check-out, please be a considerate guest. Smoking allow at the corridor outside of the house, or at the lobby. 嚴禁在屋內吸煙,如察覺將被罰款500零吉。由於之後會有其他客人入住,請體諒。可在屋外走廊或樓下大廳抽煙。 - There will be an access card and parking card (main card) provided to you. Apologies that we unable to provide more as the management currently out of the cards. Please take good care of the access cards, RM100 replacement fee will be charged. For the lost of parking card (main card), RM200 will be charge. We sincerely hope that guest can take good care and full responsibility on them. There will be RM30 replacement fee for the lost of house keys. 我們將提供電梯門禁卡,和泊車位卡（主卡）。請小心保管,如有遺失將徵收補辦卡費用。門匙補辦費用30，電梯門禁卡RM100，及泊車位卡（主卡）補辦費用則為RM200。 - Early check in and late check out is all depends on the availability. Kindly inform earlier. 提前入住或遲退房將取決於可否有空房。如需要必須先溝通。如果先後有客人，那請體諒需要時間清理，以便有個乾淨環境讓你入住。 - As there are neighbor around, kindly keep your volume low after 11pm. 由於是住宅,請在晚間11點後將音量收小 - NO drugs, illegal activities and dangerous weapons in the apartment. 嚴禁毒品搖頭丸,不道德交易或儲放武器 。 - Kindly turn off air conditioning, light, fan and other electrical appliances when not using or when you’re out as its environmental friendly当你离开房子或不需要时,请您把冷气空调,风扇电灯等电器关掉。做个环保份子,谢谢 - Only light cooking allowed & kindly clean up after usage. There will be an additional RM100 cleaning charges for oily stain. 厨房允许简便的烹调,如煮泡面等，不能有油烟煮炒。用后请收拾干净。肮脏污渍和油渍另收马币100清洁费用。 - Please throw the rubbish or your sanitary waste in the dustbin provided.请您把垃圾或卫生棉等物品丢进垃圾桶 - No shoes in the apartment, please place your shoes in the shoes cabinet provided.鞋子请放在门口鞋柜 - DO NOT damage the property and furniture’s in the apartment, If there are any damages incurred, it will be taken out from your security deposit请勿破坏房子,物品,电器等。如有破损将会报备agoda，你必须赔偿。 - Please do not leave your luggage or any valuable item to the security guard, as this is a service apartment and not a Hotel.请勿将你的行李交到保安人员手里,因为他们一概不负责 - We do not accept any Liability on any personal injuries, accidents, damages or losses to Guests' personal belongings sustained in the apartment or within the apartment area. However, we will provide any necessary assistant if it's required.我们将不负责客人身体或物件的损失或损伤。请务必小心。如您需要任何协助,请联络我,谢谢 De-staining cost: We wish for you to enjoy the suite while on vacation or business travel, but please be aware that stains on furniture, bed linens, and bedding will be charged accordingly. Please avoid the types of stains as below: Drink stains (red wine, orange juice, coffee, etc.); Food stains (spaghetti sauce, etc); Makeup stains; Blood stains (menstrual blood, blood caused by injury, etc.), finger nail polish stains, ink stains, cigarette stains, etc. Minimum penalty: RM 100. 请注意，任何在床单，被单或沙发难清洗的污迹如红酒，咖啡或果汁，或化妆品导致的污迹，或指甲油，笔的墨水，香烟等等污迹，最低罚款马币100。请照顾好，谢谢 Please don’t walk around in the house with shoes.
