**We will collect RM 200 refundable deposit before check in. Deposit will be refund within 24 hour after check out.
【House Rules:】
Check-in: Check-in is available after 3:00 PM. Our operating hours are from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. If you are unfamiliar with the area, we recommend checking in during these hours so we can provide any necessary assistance.
Check-out: Please check out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out will incur an additional penalty charge as we need to prepare the room for the next guest.
Building Management Rules: Please adhere to all building management rules while using the facilities.
Unreturned Keys and Cards: Failure to return keys and cards upon check-out will result in an additional penalty charge of RM200.
Leftover Belongings: We are not responsible for any belongings left behind. Please double-check your room to ensure you have all your possessions before checking out.
Illegal Activities: No illegal activities are permitted in the unit. Any violations will be reported to the police.
Damages: Any breakage or damage to equipment and/or furniture will be charged to the guest based on the replacement cost.
