Check-in Instructions

1. Check-in policy:All guests, regardless of nationality, must bring a valid passport or identification for check-in.Check-in procedures are subject to change from time to time, so please contact the property for more information.
2. Deposit policy:A deposit must be made at the time of check-in to secure additional service requests incurred at the Hotel and/or other Hotel damages (if any) caused by the Guest during the stay period. The deposit will be refunded to the Guest at the time of check-out if no service is used and/or no damages are incurred to the Hotel. Deposit is made by cash, bank card, or credit card with a specific deposit of VND 1,000,000/bedroom unit/night.Flamingo reserves the right to refuse to provide the service if the Customer does not make the deposit with the above provisions.
1/ Newborn children (under 02 years old):
- Infant (under 02 years old): maximum FOC 01 additional child/bedroom. In additional cases, the surcharge will apply to children under 06 years old
2/ Children under 6 years old arise out of room standards (Sharing bed with parents)
The additional charge will be subject to the property's policy 3/ Children from 06 - under 12 years old (sharing bed with parents)
The additional charge will be subject to the property's policy 4/ Adult (from 12 years old):
- In case of sharing bed: The additional charge will be subject to the property's policy
- In case of Extra bed or Sofa bed: The additional charge will be subject to the property's policy

Compulsory meal: In order for you to have the best culinary experience during your stay, Flamingo would like to inform you that an additional lunch or dinner is required in the room package for bookings that stay on weekends and public holidays, New Year's holidays according to hotel’s regulations will be mandatory.
General policies:
1. Guest’s name changing:
The property allows changing the lead guest's name 1 time only per booking. Changing the lead guest's name for the second time will be subject to an additional charge of VND 300,000 per time per room. The latest time for changing the name is 72 hours before check-in.
