We are unable to accommodation walk-ins for dinner at the restaurant, with advance notice being critical due to the seasonal nature of the property.Porterage & accessibility: Our property spans 40 acres and cannot accommodate vehicles above a 28-seater bus due to physical constraints. Guests arriving from buses may be required to walk up to 500 meters for select accommodation.If porterage is required, it must be arranged with the property directly prior to arrival at a cost of $32.50 per person.Check-ins and Check-outs: Check-in times range from 2pm – 5pm. Reception does close at 5pm and for later arrivals, advance notice is required and must be arranged directly with the property as the process would be through prepared envelopes.Check out is strictly at 10am, with extensions not possible for group arrivals. A $30 late check out fee per room per hour will apply any time after 10am.
