3. Kindly note that pets are not allowed according to the condominium regulations, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
4. No outdoor shoes inside the house.
5. Kindly do not use the provided towel as bath mat/carpet, as we do provide floor mat.
6. Smoking are not allowed in the entire house except the Balcony.
7. If the garbage is full, kindly throw it into the refuse room outside the house to prevent odor and insect breeding.
8. No event or party in the house.
9. Please keep low volume after 10:30pm
10. Save the environment, please switch off the lights and electrical before you leave the house.
11. Any illegal activities will be reported to the authorities and actions will be taken on the offenders.
12. To use the swimming pool, kindly wear proper swimming suit.
13. According to our regulations and safety issue, we need to ask you for an
Photo government ID or Passport to verify your identity.
14. Apartments should be left in good and clean condition. Extra charges RM50 will apply if units are left in a dirty and messy condition.
We are not responsible for any leftover belongings. Please double & double check and ensure you do not leave anything behind before you check out. In the event of lost or unreturned key and card, you are subject to an extra penalty charges between RM 100-RM 300
