House Rules & Regulations

As we are a private holiday home and we are not a hotel we have different concept which is meet and greet service instead of reception, cleaning and linen change during stay is not included.

✔️Identification Requirements:

Copies of passports or IDs (including for children and infants) must be submitted in advance to comply with Dubai Tourism Rules and Regulations. Failure to submit these documents will result in the inability to check in.

✔️Visitors:

A maximum of 5 visitors is allowed at any one time. Passport or ID copies for visitors must be provided to us, which will then be forwarded to security. Without these, security will not allow entry at the front gate.

✔️Property Care:

Treat the property as if it were your own home.

✔️Cleanliness:

Keep the property clean and tidy at all times.

✔️Reporting Issues:

Immediately report any problems to us. This is for your safety and to ensure a smooth stay.

✔️Windows and Balcony Doors:

Keep all windows and balcony doors closed when not in the property.

✔️Energy Conservation:

Turn off lights when not in use.

✔️Appliance Care:

Leave all appliances plugged in and in the same condition as you found them.

✔️Departure Guidelines:

Leave the property as you found it upon departure.

✔️Smoking Policy:

Smoking is not allowed inside the property. If the smell of smoke is detectable, a non-negotiable penalty of AED 1,000 will be charged for fumigation.

✔️Trash and Cigarette Disposal:

Do not throw cigarette butts, lit cigarettes, or any rubbish off the balcony or out of windows.

Dispose of trash only in the designated bins and, when full, use the trash chute located on your floor.

✔️Pets:

Do not bring pets into the property without explicit prior permission.

✔️Parties and Events:

Parties and events are not allowed.

✔️Neighbor Relations:

Please be respectful and do not disturb the neighbors.

✔️Illegal Activities:

Do not engage in any illegal activities or behaviors that may be deemed disrespectful to local customs and practices.

✔️Access Cards and Keys:

Do not give keys or access cards to anyone who is not a checked-in guest. A non-negotiable penalty of AED 500 will be charged for each lost access card, or AED 250 for a lost key, to cover the cost of replacement.

✔️Linen and Towels:

Do not wash any of the apartment's linen or towels during your stay. You will be provided with one hand towel and one bath towel per guest. Additional towels can be requested at an extra cost.

✔️Housekeeping Services:

Additional housekeeping services are available upon request for an extra charge.

✔️Check-In and Check-Out:

Early check-in and late check-out may be possible depending on availability, subject to an additional cost.

✔️TV Subscriptions:

Our standard TV package does not include additional channels. Please do not subscribe to any extra services. If you do, you will be charged the subscription price, cancellation fees (from the provider), and a service fee of AED 100 from Homesgetaway.

✔️Community Behavior:

Parking violations, hanging items on the balcony, and undisciplined behavior in public areas (such as the gym or pool) will not be tolerated.
