No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht fee.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
Damage deposit has to be paid on arrival is 5000baht.
PLEASE NOTE. Electric usage is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht/kw used. Daily cleaning is not included in the rate, but we can arrange it at an extra fee. Cost is 700 baht, which includes a change of linen and all the towels. Please book 48 hours in advance. Late check-in is available on request.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
