-If you did not fill out the information at the time of reservation or entered it incorrectly, please forward your contact information and a copy of the reservation confirmation (or reservation details) to the property as soon as possible.
-The property is not responsible for any problems that arise if you do not enter your contact information or enter it incorrectly.
-If you are checking in after 6 PM (Korean time) on the check-in day, you must contact the property directly in advance to discuss the check-in time and method.
-Even if they are not listed on the Agoda sales page, additional charges may apply for other options, such as additional services within the property and use of facilities.
-The type and status of other options such as additional services and facilities, usage fees, and payment methods vary by property , so please be sure to check with the property directly before check-in.
-The use of additional services, facilities, and other options may be restricted depending on the weather or conditions of the property on the day of use, and no refund of property costs is possible due to this.
-All children and infants are considered the same number of adults regardless of age. If the maximum number of guests per room is exceeded, you may have to pay an additional fee or be denied entry even if the reservation has been completed through Agoda.
