The following is our HOUSE RULES. Please read it carefully.
* Register each guests upon arrival.
*Only registered guest is allowed to sleep in the unit.
*Visitors are allowed up to 12midnight
* Loud noises should be avoided. Respect the peace and tranquility of your neighbor. Penalty of Php2,000 for any complains for loud noise.
* Strictly smoking must be done outside of the unit. Littering of cigarette butts is prohibited as we have designated ashtray. NO SMOKING inside the house. PENALTY IS Php3,000
* Cleanliness is of utmost importance at all times. Take out the garbage when its full, clean the dishes after using them. Keep it as clean as possible.
* No littering .
* 24-hour service is not available as this is not a hotel but we will try to assist your need as soon as we can.
* Handle everything in the unit with care. AVOID moving objects, furnitures, and display to prevent accidents. Don't leave any marks. Corresponding payment is to be made if something is damage or broken. Report immediately for any missing, damage or not working things.
* CONSERVE ENERGY. Turn off all the appliances when not in use or when you leave the premises.
* Any illegal activity is STRICTLY prohibited.
Kitchen
*No cooking of dried fish or any lasting stinky food. Don't forget to wash all the pots and pans after cooking to avoid lingering smell.
Housekeeping
* For long stay, request of unit cleaning is available at a minimal charge of 300. Bedsheets, blankets and towels are changed every 4-5 days. Cleaning will be done as well after changing, free of charge.
Keys
* Lost Key is charged at Php1,000
Check In Time: 2PM
Check out Time: 12 noon
Please contact us prior to your arrival if it's earlier than 2PM.
Early check in: Php200per hr
Late check out: Php200per hr
