Outdoor Hot Spring Spa / Indoor Male & Female Sauna (B1)
The B1 hot spring area, aromatherapy SPA, and fitness center are open from 08:00 to 22:00. Last entry is at 21:30.
Every Tuesday from 21:00 to 22:00, the outdoor hot spring spa pool will be closed for cleaning and maintenance. Other hot spring pools remain open as usual.
Garden Swimming Pool / Hot Spring Area (B2)
November to March: All areas are temporarily closed.
April to June, and October: Open from 08:00 to 19:00 (last entry at 18:30). If the temperature drops to 14°C or below, the area will be closed.
July to September: Open from 08:00 to 22:00 (last entry at 21:30).
All facilities (except the 2F children's playroom) are closed for maintenance every Tuesday from 08:00 to 12:00. DIY activities (please refer to the official website for details; advance reservation required).
Outdoor SPA facilities, indoor hot spring and sauna are closed for maintenance from 07:00 AM to 12:00 PM every Tuesday.
Pets are strictly prohibited at the property, with the exception of guide dogs.
Reminder: After completing payment for your reservation through a third-party platform, please call us before your check-in date to confirm that your booking was successfully received. Kindly provide your reservation number so the hotel reservations team can verify it and help avoid any delay in your check-in time.
Starting on 1 OCT 2024, this hotel will no longer provide disposable amenities in accordance with government regulations. If you have any requirements during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact the front desk for assistance.
